I do, but not generally. To keep costs down and time flexible for all clients I work from a home office. A typical workflow is a meeting at a clients office (or favourite cafe) for the job brief and from there phone calls and emails are usually all that’s needed. PDF proofs for print & online content and FrameIO for video works well.

I have a FrameIO (www.frame.io) account so all comments are left by the client on the current version’s timeline, right down to drawing on a single frame if necessary. No client account with FrameIO is required.

While most clients organise their own printing with me supplying the hi-res, print ready PDF files, I have worked with a trusted print broker for many years. I’m more than happy to supply a competitive quote for consideration for any job, big or small.

Yes. I have a limited liability company (Merge Marketing Limited) that I run my business under and invoicing is done through that using the Xero accounting system.

Jobs are invoiced upon completion and are due on the 20th of the month following the invoice. Large jobs that stretch out over several months may be progress invoiced at the end of each month. I’m always happy to work with a client to find what works best for everyone.
